To verify the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid fnn , this thesis addressed the estimation problem for the frozen point of light cyclic oil in a fluidized catalytic cracking unit ( fccu ) in a refinery . based on the sample data collected from the industrial unit , we built a soft sensor model by using an above hybrid fnn 最后,針對某煉油廠催化裂化裝置主分餾塔輕柴油凝固點的軟測量估計問題,本文基于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場所采集的樣本數(shù)據(jù),建立了混合結(jié)構(gòu)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,并討論該模型的在線自學(xué)習(xí)問題,同時與多層前向bp網(wǎng)絡(luò)、徑向基函數(shù)rbf網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進行了比較。
The risk assessment and the risk sequence of the equipment and piping of catalytic cracking unit in lanzhou petrochemical company were defined by applicating the risk - based inspection ( rbi ) technology , and the inspection program which offers scientific basis for repairing schedule and strategy was made according to different equipment , piping and different risk classes 摘要通過運用基于風(fēng)險的檢驗( rbi )技術(shù)對蘭州石化公司300萬噸年重油催化裂化裝置的靜設(shè)備和管道進行風(fēng)險評估和風(fēng)險排序,針對不同的設(shè)備,不同的風(fēng)險等級制定了相應(yīng)的檢驗策略,為制定裝置的檢修計劃和長期的檢修策略提供了一種科學(xué)方法。
It is shown that the gam and alsphene in the seven catalytic stocks were not very high except in residual oil ; the saturate hydrocarbons in all seven were hig her ; aromatic contents were lower except in slurry oil and recycle oil , therefore , t he s even catalytic stocks except slurry oil and recycle oil are all good feedings of catalytic cracking unit 分析測定結(jié)果表明,這7種催化原料油除常渣外,膠質(zhì)瀝青質(zhì)含量均不高;飽和烴含量均較高;芳烴含量除油漿、回?zé)捰屯猓溆嘣虾烤^低,所以除油漿、回?zé)捰屯猓亲鞔呋鸦牧己迷稀?
